Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Pasadena, CA, onsite for a client of Ultimate Staffing Services

Position Summary:

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative with experience selling services in either the education sector or other professional service industries. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of generating leads, conducting high-volume outbound calls, building relationships, and closing sales in both B2B and B2C environments. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients and customers.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting activities.
  • Present and promote company services to potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through closing.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales, telemarketing, or business development experience.
  • Proven success selling services in a B2B and/or B2C environment.
  • Experience with lead generation, prospecting, and closing sales.
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Excellent follow-through and time management skills.
  • Experience in education services, staffing, consulting, or other service-based industries is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong closing and objection-handling abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics and sales quotas.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-volume sales environment.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Experience selling in educational services preferred.

Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Salary:

$24 - $28 per hour
